The Juvenile Court Clinic’s main purpose is to serve as clinical investigators for the juvenile court. The Clinic provides individual and family psychosocial and psychological evaluation of youth and their families referred by the Juvenile Court. The completed evaluations are submitted to the Court with recommendations for appropriate services. In many cases the Court Clinic provides short term individual and/or group treatment to the evaluated youth and their families. The Court Clinic is located in the Roxbury District Court, the Dorchester District Court, and the Boston Juvenile Court and serves referred youth between the ages of seven and seventeen and their families.
