The roxbury community re-entry center provides similar services as those at the West Roxbury Community Re-entry Center. It provides services to youth who are transitioning from DYS secure treatment facilities and residential placements back to their home in the Roxbury community. This structured reintegration process provides youth with intensive supervision and support to make a positive transition.
