Roxbury Youthworks staff helps young people thrive

RYI hires multi-cultural and multi-lingual staff members, many of whom reside in the same communities in which we operate and where our youth live and go to school. Our staff members speak Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portugese, Cape Verdean Creole and Nepalese. The 38-member staff and 4 programs are overseen by Executive Director Mia Alvarado and Deputy Director Diana Thompson.
