The west roxbury community re-entry center works with youth who are transitioning from DYS secure treatment facilities and residential placements back to their home in the communities of West Roxbury, Hyde Park, Roslindale, Mattapan and Jamaica Plain. This structured reintegration process provides youth with intensive supervision and support to make a positive transition.
